Candidate master
I have been teaching chess to kids and adults for 5 years (private lessons & group classes in-person & online).

I learned to play chess when I was 5 years old, and I have a tournament practice myself:
In June 2014, I tied for 1st place at the 7th NY International Chess tournament (U1900 section). I won the U1600 tournament at the Marshall Chess Club with a score of 5/5 in 2012.
I have participated in many international tournaments: World Open, US Open, Potomac Open, Chicago Open, etc.
In 1999, I was awarded the title of Candidate Master.

I am looking forward to seeing you at my lessons.
